Dr. Glenn M. Kidder is a leading expert in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and bite issues. As the only dentist in Louisiana exclusively focused on TMJ treatment, Dr. Kidder has built a reputation for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals suffering from jaw pain, bite issues, and other related conditions.
With over 500 healthcare providers referring patients to him, Dr. Kidder’s expertise is unmatched in the Baton Rouge area. He is one of only ~300 providers in the U.S. Board-Certified in Orofacial Pain, and the American Dental Association recently recognized Orofacial Pain as a dental specialty. Dr. Kidder’s extensive training allows him to identify a wide range of facial pain conditions, offering relief to patients who may have had unsuccessful treatments elsewhere.
A passionate educator and mentor, Dr. Kidder serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at LSU School of Dentistry and a member of the Visiting Faculty at the prestigious Pankey Institute, where he has contributed to the training of thousands of dentists worldwide. His commitment to advancing the field of dentistry has earned him numerous accolades, including the 2019 Exceptional Educator Award from the Pankey Institute. He has earned fellowships in several esteemed organizations including the International College of Dentists, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and AES. He was recently awarded mastership in AES; one of only five in the United States.
